Stage 01

Discovery

Candidate selection runs against a structural library and an in-house assay panel. Most things fail here, which is the point.

Stage 02

Characterisation

Higher-order structure, glycan profile, and impurity fate are pinned down before a process is locked. A biosimilar is only as good as the analytics behind it.

Stage 03

Manufacture

The locked process moves to a line that reproduces it batch after batch, under one quality system and one set of release specifications.
